It is an extraordinary honor to be able to invite you to the first event that was created as part of the parntership between X3®️HORSES with Małgorzata Morsztyn - Hoppe Practically Enlightened Riding.
We believe that through joint activities in partnership with specialists from various equestrian disciplines, perhaps we will be able to inspire the equestrian community to move in the good dimension - the dimesion of mutual multi-level support for personal development through a friendly exchange of experience based on substantive knowledge and many years of practice of riders, competitors, trainers and people supporting them in their everyday professional life who care about the well-being of their horses and students.
With the greatest pleasure below we publish a few words from Małgorzata Morszyn-Hoppe

Dear coaches, trainers, riders, grooms, physiotherapists and everyone who cares about riding and horses,
If you would like to improve your qualifications to:
getting better at working with horses
be their partners
be friends with them
help them
and be respected by them
then this event is for you!
I decided to start a series of training courses - clinics, during which I want to discuss equestrian issues from various perspectives.
Practice is a very important point. Therefore, one of the elements of these clinics will be presenting the discussed topic in practice. So that you can look at what a given issue should look like. Based on these presentations, you will be able to develop the so-called "riding eye". This is an important issue. We often look and see, but we cannot assess whether what we see is correct or incorrect. Only such an assessment gives us the opportunity to choose:
do I want my horse to work this way?
what path of possible correction to choose
what level we are at and what to do next
and many many more
The second element of the clinic series will be practical work on a given issue with horses and riders who will come to such a clinic. Here we will be able to learn substantively, step by step, how to act in a given situation and what path of correction and development to choose.
We will be able to see the transformations, ask questions related to these cases, and hear about the feelings and experiences of the riders taking part in the clinic.
Riding - it's feeling, the ability to feel what the horse gives us and react appropriately to these feelings!
Here you will learn about the methodology for selecting exercises and tools. It's also interesting to see the metamorphoses:
in the posture and use of aids by riders
the appearance and movement of the horse
horse's involvement in work
Based on such observations, you will be able to compare your perception of problems and your methods of solving them with what will happen during training. This is a very valuable observation for anyone who works with horses and riders.
The next, very important element of the clinic is the involvement of all participants in active participation in the classes. And here I envisage time devoted to raising, generally speaking, broadly understood "riding awareness":
awareness of your body
awareness of feeling yourself and the horse
the ability to express and communicate one's feelings and experiences
I intend to show you how important self-development is in the context of horse riding and horse training by inviting specialists from various fields to support me.
I will try to encourage everyone to look for their unique riding path, because I am convinced that everyone, without exception, has one. Sometimes we just need a direction to be found and follow. There are many wonderful things you can do with horses, around horses and thanks to horses. I know it because I experience it every day.
I cordially encourage you to meet me
Wishing you courage and openness to new things
Małgorzata Morsztyn
