If we are what we eat then ladies and gentlemen, we can question ourselves if we are more into sandwich with sausage or maybe more towards juicy, sweet, sunny fruits or maybe scrambled eggs? Breakfast is the most important meal during the day and this is no subject to any discussion. Your body as much as your horse is waiting in the morning for food. Depending on our activity, our menu should be as appropriately composed as our horse's.
Before we start educating ourselves on various nutrition blogs, let's start our adventure with changing our diet with blood tests, which will give us insight into levels of macro, micro and nano elements.
A well-chosen diet will provide us with the right amount of energy and will allow us to deal with various ailments, from acne to secondary obesity.
Recipe for a delicious, easily digestible breakfast:
0,5 cups of millet flakes cooked in water
2 teaspoons of coconut sugar
a handful of raspberries
a handful of blueberries
half of banana cut into slices
a handful of walnuts
preparation time: 10 min.
eating time: 5 min.
