For every rider who is riding more then two horses a day, problems connected with pain in back and other derivatives of ailments are almost included in the occupational disease, that is why it is so important to take care not only about our unicorns but firstly take care about our well-being.
Strenghtening spine muscles through regular swimming is a great solution which help us to relax, meditate and grab some distance from problems of stable's life. Systematic work on developing different muscle groups can help us to achive better balance and will strenghten our body also helping us to improve physical and mental condition. If you are contemplating your figure in front of the mirror - don't worry... people go to the swimming pool with more folds on their stomachs than on yours - after all, everyone started somewhere ;)
