New Year's resolutions, and the implementation of them are sometimes two different worlds, however, I believe that with every day you can make a different decision than the one that our brain generated as a scheme of embodied laziness, because, as we know, our brain first gives us solutions that require the least effort.

In just a few moments we will enjoy summer fruits and their taste, and if someone has frozen them, they can be enjoyed today. Below, I present to you the recipe for a salad, which is based on Halloumi Cheese and red rice, the rest of the ingredients belong to the invention of the inventor.


Red Rice and Halloumi Cheese Salad:


  • bag of red rice

  • 1/3 pack of Halloumi Cheese

  • walnuts

  • parsley

  • chives

  • wild strawberries*


*wild strawberries can be replaced with blueberries or other fruits


Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package, fry the Halloumi Cheese in a pan adding olive oil, and roast the walnuts separately. Combine the ingredients and finally add chopped herbs and wild strawberries.

preparation time: 30 min. (because the rice needs to be cooked)

eating time: 7 min. 

joy of the digestive system: 10/10 ;)
